Scope: New Wastewater Treatment Facility along with new influent pumping station.New pumping station was on separate site from new WWTF. New pumping station was large concrete structure with pumps, controls and building. New WWTF consisted of Head works building, with screening and grit removal, oxidation ditch bioreactors, secondary clarifiers, effluent pump station, aerobic digesters and solids handling / dewatering facilities. Along with associated site work, process piping, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation for both sites.

Scope: Expansion of existing wastewater plant, including modifications to 2 existing Vertical Loop Reactors (VLR’s), construction new VLR tank (tank 3), new 100 ft final clarifier, new RAS/WAS pump station, new blower building and chemical building, east and west blower building additions, new 65 ft aerobic digester and sludge mixing heating building, lagoon work and misc site structures. Scope includes, excavation, concrete, masonry, metals, misc building trades, pipe, hvac, plumbing, electrical and instrumentation / controls. Plant Capacity upgrade will allow 12 MGD in pretreatment and 18.6 MGD in secondary treatment.

Scope: Water treatment plant rehabilitation and expansion: new pretreatment system including rapid mixing equipment and flocculation, new high service pumps, new chemical feed equipment, retro-fit new metal roof on top of existing roof, associated process piping, electrical and controls. Scope of work also included multiple phasing operations to keep existing plant in operation.
