  • Scope: Expansion of existing wastewater plant, including modifications to 2 existing Vertical Loop Reactors (VLR’s), construction new VLR tank (tank 3), new 100 ft final clarifier, new RAS/WAS pump station, new blower building and chemical building, east and west blower building additions, new 65 ft aerobic digester and sludge mixing heating building, lagoon work and misc site structures. Scope includes, excavation, concrete, masonry, metals, misc building trades, pipe, hvac, plumbing, electrical and instrumentation / controls. Plant Capacity upgrade will allow 12 MGD in pretreatment and 18.6 MGD in secondary treatment.
